Cancer Temporary
My father-in-law is experiencing paralysis in his hands and legs. Is this due to lung cancer?

He is 66 years of age, and was a lifelong smoker. He was recently diagnosed with lung cancer (last month) and quit when he found out. Has been a session of chemotherapy (three consecutive days of it). The only side effect, other than fatigue, it was a slight change in taste. It has also been to say their bones, wounds, and often have the leg massage. Apart from these things, has not shown any symptoms. A few minutes ago, lost all capacity moving hands and legs. Is this temporary? Is it common in chemotherapy patients? What could be caused by? He had no trauma, such as he has been lying on the couch watching TV all day. We are currently in Egypt, so ask a doctor here is not something that is easy to do, so please do not just say ask a doctor. My father-in-law is the doctor to find us. Please, if you have any information, let us know. Thanks in advance, and God bless.

You can post this question on a site called CancerGrace. Real oncologists have no time to give freedom to respond to any questions you have about cancer. I go there a lot since my husband was diagnosed with lung cancer last year.
