I've heard a lot of bad feeback by the brightness of the tattoo ink once its dark is made for about 12 months ..?
I heard that, swelling, redness, itchyness and lots of other things after 12 months can pass and the only way out is lazer surgery is this true???
Its just that most people tend to be allergic to the ink. Its not glow in the dark ink. Han UV ink that only shows under black light, which is what im assuming your reference too. Many people have problems, and many do not. It just depends on how the body reacts too much ink. I personally stay away from it.
